A 40 Day Inner Journey
RAHMA (Mercy) is a 5-Week beautiful initiation into the healing journey.
Rahma is designed to revive the heart by gently releasing emotional layers, dissolving numbness, and reconnecting you to the divine life force within.
Through this process, you begin to reclaim your identity beyond pain and trauma, the sessions are aimed at reawakening your relationship with yourself, with life, and with the Divine.
This program offers rapid relief and spiritual support, and is rooted in the sacred symbolism of 40 days which is a number often associated with spiritual renewal and transformation.
'TAWAZUN'
An 8-Week Inner Journey
The Tawazun program is a sacred deep dive into your inner being, a journey designed to restore harmony and alignment between the heart and the sacred feminine, especially the wisdom held within the womb.
Your womb is not only a physical vessel, but also an emotional and spiritual sanctuary. It often carries the imprints of generational wounds, unspoken grief, guilt, shame, and other deep emotional imbalances that weigh on the soul.
The Tawazun journey supports you in gently releasing these burdens, softening into your fitrah, and reconnecting to your feminine essence through regaining your inner balance.
'SUKUN'
A 12-Week Inner Journey
After restoring harmony in your feminine energy, you are now invited to journey deeper, into the balance of the two sacred forces within you: the masculine and feminine.
These two elements shape your being. The way you hold them inward reflects how you experience them outward.
When the feminine struggles to feel grounded, safe, and strong in her softness, it is often because her inner masculine has not yet learned how to protect and support her in the way she needs.
By restoring this sacred balance, you reclaim your voice, rediscover your deep purpose, and awaken the power of sacred expression. From here, you can transmit the divine gift within you to the world and to those you love.

In this heart-to-heart, I will meet you exactly where you are. This session offers a space where you’ll feel supported, seen, and safe to explore what’s stirring within your heart, mind, and soul.
